I was shocked at how well these work. I’m trying to keep a 65 pound dog out of the cat space. I figured she would be able to push through the door and disengage the latch, but it is totally secure! We bought 3 more and removed the baby gate we had in the hall.

I am so happy with this purchase - finally something I can use to leave the door to the litterbox room open for the cats, but small enough to keep my Boxer OUT of the kitty-roca... My dog may not be happy with my purchase, but I certainly am!

This helps keep the door stable for the cats to get to their food and litter box and keeps the dogs out.

My cat gets free roam of the house, but my dog had certain areas he can't go in. This little thing makes it so easy to keep him where he needs to be while giving the cat her freedom.

We bought these to allow access for our cats and to restrict access for our dog and foster dogs. They work perfectly! I bought more after seeing how well they worked.

Keeps the dog out of the cat room!!! Love this so much!

Easy to use and works perfectly. Definitely worth the money to keep my 3 cat "treat" gluttons from self-service. I just need to remember to latch it each time I leave the room because those hounds are quick.

I couldn’t keep the dog out of the cats food or litter box. This latch is perfect!

These things are so perfect! No more pets gates

this latch is pretty cool I love it, at first I have been deciding on getting this or not and well I just went with it bought it, and been using it for a few days now and love it love how it latches and the gap is enough space for my cat to get in and out and it keeps the dogs out and out of the litter box.

This worked exactly as described. It was so good I ordered a 2nd one and wrote about it/recommended it on my real estate FB page. We needed to keep our doggos out of the bedroom and allow the kitty to come and go as she pleases. This props the door open wide enough for her but not enough for the dogs. It literally slips on over the door handle and you simply pull it around and insert the peg into the door jam opening.

When we brought home a new dog, we used these on our bedroom and bathroom doors. They gave our cats enough room to enter, but our young and very strong dog couldn't fit through or push the door open - highly recommend!❤️

Such a smart, clever invention to keep cat items secured from dogs. My dog kept sneaking to eat our new cat’s food and get into her litter box.. but this tool keeps him from getting into the cat’s room while still allowing the cat to come and go as she pleases. Super easy to put on the door and accessible when we need to go through the door as well. Highly recommend!

Originally bought to keep my dog out of the litter box room. Also helps with keeping constant airfow. Cats easily fit in and out.

Love that we can now leave doors open for the cats to come and go! No more getting closed up in a room and no more dogs getting in to bathroom trash cans!

These work great for keeping the dogs out of the cat food and litter box. Easy to use.

Bought this because I needed to keep my basement door ajar since the cat litter box is in the basement and I don’t want my dogs going in down there. Works great, keeps my two pit bulls from getting into the basement.

This is so great! Keeps the door from shutting or opening any further than the length of the product. Dogs can't get in!

This is the best invention ever. We were thinking of installing a cat door in our basement door to keep our dog away from the litter boxes. Not only was it going to be a lot of work but then our door would have been destroyed. I happened to find this somehow and I'm so thankful I did, it really is awesome!

I had tried everything to keep my two dogs out of the bathroom where I feed the cats and they have kitty litter. It’s only been 72 hours with this product and so far it seems to have stymied these two. Fingers crossed it continues to do so. Easy to use and effective.

Finally no scratches around the door frame!!

This is an amazing product! We didnt want to put a cat door in our door leading to the basement, so i bought one of these. I works perfectly! Keeps our dog from going downstairs and keeps the door open just enough for our cats to make it through. Liked it so much we bought two more for other areas!

This handy little tool is great for keeping the dog out/in but allows the cat to go in and out as she pleases! Highly recommended!

Whoever thought of this is a genius. I have a puppy and I don't want him going in one room containing lots of chewable items. The problem is, the door to the room doesn't stay shut. This device is absolutely perfect for my situation.

I needed something to keep the dogs from the laundry room where cat food and litter box is kept, besides the baby gate. This works great! Dogs are too big to fit through opening. Just wish I would have created it it first! Well made and does what I need it to do.

I saw an ad for these online and it blew my mind - I couldn't stop thinking about them and had to buy!! We don't have a dog, but still so helpful for us! I will likely buy one of these for every door in our house, as our cats really hate closed doors.
This contraption keeps the door propped open only a fixed amount, so no more cats pushing the doors wide open or cross-breeze slamming doors shut in our house.

It's absolutely purrfect! We just ordered some more! We used to wedge a shoe in the doorway to keep it open for the cats, then we discovered and bought the CatGuard pet door holder. Works wonders! We can keep the shoes on our feet now, and cats can wander around as they please

I bought this after seeing an ad for it on Facebook so I was pretty skeptical that it would work. But it is a fantastic find and a must for those who have cats and medium size + dogs. It prevents my pup from getting into the cats space. My cat only has 3 legs so can’t jump over a baby gate and my foster dogs are athletic enough to clear the baby gate. This is a subtle product that is easy to set up and remove. If you are on the fence just go ahead and buy it.
